These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Mega Pari ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the website at megapari-bangla.com and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features.

Eligibility & Age Verification

The use of Mega Pari is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to confirm that you qualify before registering.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and winnings derived from play while underage will be forfeited.

Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

  Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balance across those accounts may be consolidated, reduced, or forfeited depending on the circumstances. If you have forgotten your account details, use the password recovery option rather than creating a new account.

  Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from Mega Pari or who are subject to a self-exclusion order from another gambling platform are not permitted to register or continue using the platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

  Accurate Registration Information: All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration & Security

When you create an account on Mega Pari you take on responsibility for its security and for all activity that takes place within it. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on Mega Pari are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Mega Pari does not apply any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. The following rules govern all financial activity on your account.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account, or to methods that have been verified through the platform's KYC process. Mega Pari does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the account holder's name on the withdrawal destination must match the registered name on the Mega Pari account.

Betting Rules & Sports Wagering Policy

The following rules apply to all sports bets, live in-play wagers, and esports markets placed through the Mega Pari platform. By placing a bet you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

  Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets in pending or unconfirmed status at the time of a technical failure may be voided at Mega Pari's discretion.

  Odds at Time of Placement: The odds shown at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that will apply to settlement, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market. Mega Pari does not retroactively adjust odds on confirmed bets.

  Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum stake is Rs 100 on most sports markets. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and account tier. Mega Pari reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players based on betting patterns without being required to provide a reason.

  Void Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, or confirmed result manipulation. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake only — no winnings are paid on voided markets.

  Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and confirmation to allow for odds verification. During this window the bet is not active. If the event concludes or a significant event occurs within this window, the bet may be voided. Live bet outcomes are final once the confirmation screen is displayed.

  Match Fixing and Integrity: Mega Pari actively monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match fixing or manipulation. Any account found to be placing bets based on inside information or participating in organised manipulation will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

  In the event of a manifestly incorrect price being published — whether due to technical error, data feed failure, or human error — Mega Pari reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price, even after the event has concluded.

  Mega Pari's total liability to any single player in any calendar month, across all claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the same month, excluding any bonus funds.

  Mega Pari is not responsible for any taxes or levies that may apply to winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with any applicable tax obligations related to gambling winnings.

Amendments to These Terms

Mega Pari may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the law, platform functionality, or business practice. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Mega Pari platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects when these Terms were most recently updated.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to support@megapari-bangla.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint". All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and a resolution target of 10 business days applies. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, Mega Pari will advise on applicable escalation routes.
